The Process
Step 1. Subscribe

You can subscribe for one month, three months or 12 months. Every new membership has a 7 day free trial. You are charged for your subscription once the 7 day trial ends. Remember, the subscription is ongoing and will continue until you cancel it.
You’ll need a smart device, a tablet or mobile phone, both Android and Apple are fine, and a reliable internet connection with data.
Step 2. Profile and Screening
Once you have joined you will be directed to the app where you will be asked to complete your profile. The profile includes a screening form to make sure the program is right for you. Remember, all your answers are confidential.
From the Home/Workouts page you can choose any or all of the programs available. Once you have chosen a program click the “Start Program” button and your access to the program begins.
Workouts or weeks for some programs will automatically populate for you on the Home/Workouts page but you can access the entire content for a week via your Dashboard.
You should also receive an email with a tax invoice (receipt) via Stripe and a welcome email from the app.
More about the profile, lifestyle and screening questions
The profile form contains questions from the Adult Pre-Exercise Screening System or APSS. The purpose is to make sure the program is right for you. You can read more about it here. If you have health concerns, you can book in a free 20 minute online appointment with Dale from a link on the New Members Start Here page to see if you need to get your doctor to clear you for exercise.
The lifestyle questionnaire includes questions about your what your want to achieve. Ask yourself why you want to reach your goal. Ask yourself “why?” at least three times to dig right down. This feeds into your motivation and is good information to remind yourself when motivation flags, which happens to everyone over time.
Knowing your why is big when it comes to prioritising any new activity and can help you determine what to focus your precious time on.
Step 3. Do
Once you have subscribed and set up your profile, chosen your program/s, you’ll have access to workouts, so this is where you start the doing process! That’s right, if you don’t do something, nothing will change.
So, start doing the workouts, and based on your fitness level and experience with exercise you may start at a lower intensity or you may go a little harder. You can find out more information on exercise intensity here.
I you wish, read some of the articles on the website for general info. Each week you’ll receive access to articles on the app about a range of topics including nutrition, food, sleep, stress management, and health in general. It’s provided in written and audio form to cater for different learning preferences. Implement what works for you; remember, everyone is different so what works for others may need a bit of tweaking for you. Don’t be discouraged, this is quite normal.

Tune in to Dale’s live motivation, accountability and nurturing catch up sessions which occur at weekly. These are recorded for ease of access.
Over time you’ll find your new activities will become old habits and you have improved fitness and confidence.
