FIT BODY CONFIDENCE PROGRAM
So many women follow the latest fad diet and exercise program, then fall off the wagon and throw in the towel. This yoyo dieting and exercise results in us feeling a tremendous sense of failure and, in fact, results in the body losing muscle and gaining more fat (goodbye waistline!) than we had at the start.
