Guidance, Support & Accountability
For those who need private support and accountability to do what needs to be done to achieve their desired outcomes you receive private one on one coaching with your trainer, Dale.
Dale will help you identify your goals and outcomes and will work with you to determine your success strategies.
You have a weekly one to one 30 minute online call to check your form, discuss progressions, changes or workarounds to your plan, answer questions, and assess progress. And daily messaging access to Dale (answered within 24 hours, once a day Monday to Friday).

Workouts Tailored to Your Goals & Needs
Your fitness program is tailored to you, based on:
– your goals
– your fitness level and health issues
– your exercise experience
– and whether you have or wish to use any equipment or have a gym membership.
Your workouts progress as you gain in confidence and fitness.
A bodyweight holiday plan is provided when you go away for holidays.

Custom Nutrition Recommendations
Receive customised food, nutrition and eating guidelines, not a strict diet, so you can achieve your outcomes.
Recipes are straight forward and many are suitable for meal prepping (bulk cooking in old terms!).
Each month receive an e-recipe book with a shopping list, for your convenience.
What To Expect
Before the Program Screening You’ll meet online with Dale after filling in a health survey. She may recommend a visit to your health practitioner if you require medical clearance or want to improve particular health markers such as blood pressure, lipids, insulin resistance, hormones, etc. You’ll get a baseline before the program then a follow up at 3 months to measure your improvements. Body composition measurement can be as low or high tech as you prefer, ranging from a measuring tape to a body composition DEXA scan.
Dale will work with you to identify and write your goals; they may involve weight or fat loss, fitness levels, or metabolic health measures.
Based on the screening process and goals, Dale will write your customised fitness program and nutrition guidelines which you’ll access on your own program page of the app.
Your Customised 12 Week Journey
Weeks 1–2 | Personalised Foundations
In our first phase, we establish your tailored training and nutrition approach. You’ll be guided through new movement patterns specific to your body, your history, and your goals, while refining how you fuel yourself in a way that feels realistic and sustainable. Many women notice early improvements in energy, sleep quality, and overall clarity during this phase.
Weeks 3–4 | Strength, Skill & Confidence Building
As your body adapts, you’ll develop stronger neuromuscular connections – meaning movements feel more natural, controlled, and powerful. Strength gains become evident, and depending on your goals, changes in body composition may begin to appear. We fine-tune your program based on how you respond, not a template.
Weeks 4–8 | Consistency with Coaching Support
By now, your routine is starting to feel more integrated into your life. Energy levels are more stable, and you’ll have a clearer understanding of what works best for you. This is also the phase where motivation can fluctuate – and where one-to-one coaching matters most. Together, we proactively address challenges, adjust strategies, and ensure you stay aligned with your goals without all-or-nothing thinking.
Weeks 8–12 | Sustainable Results & Measurable Outcomes
In the final phase, habits are well established and sustainable. Physical changes are more visible, including improvements in strength, muscle tone, and body composition where relevant to your goals. At week 12, we can assess metabolic and health markers to objectively measure progress and identify meaningful improvements in health and performance – setting you up with a clear plan moving forward. Many women choose to continue the process to ensure accountability and sustainability.
