What To Expect
Before the Program Screening You’ll fill in a health survey to make sure the program is right for you. If required, the survey results may prompt you to visit your health practitioner for medical clearance. It’s recommended you record some measurements for comparison at week 12.
EVERY WEEK
Workouts
Each week a week of workouts and content unlocks for you. You can choose workouts in advance and put them in your calendar so you receive reminders or you can just choose a workout when you are ready to do it. Workouts are all bodyweight at present and range from 15 to 45 minutes long. Reflect and record how you felt after the workout for some positive reinforcement.
Food and Nutrition
Calculate your macros if you wish and track your food intake. Or just learn about healthy choices and choose recipes from the recipe library. You can choose to use habit trackers each week to form new healthy habits.
Content
Every week more articles/recordings are made available so you can learn how to manage your health and fitness better. There is a library of articles and guided meditation recordings available anytime.
Chat
Join the members’ chat to support others and receive support of similar motivated women sharing the 12 week journey.
