1:1 PT training at your location

Get fit in the privacy of your own home with personalised instruction from your own mobile personal trainer, who will customise a training program for you and supervise 1, 2 or 3 x 45 minute sessions each week for 12 weeks.

Your program will develop along with your fitness and you’ll have an at-home program to complete on other days, depending on your goals.

No equipment required – your trainer will bring equipment for you to use during the supervised sessions.
